I just placed an order, when will it ship?
While we try our best to ship items as fast as we possibly can, we ask that you allow us up to 72HRS (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order, and 3-5 business days for shipment (does not include estimated date of delivery) unless otherwise noted i.e. PRE-ORDER items.
Please note that when calculating your delivery date, processing time is not included.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
While we don’t accept returns, we will gladly issue merchandise credit in the form of an e-giftcard for merchandise in its original state upon delivery.
Item(s) must be shipped back at customer’s expense.
Before mailing your item(s) back for merchandise credit, please send us an email before hand at email@example.com with your full name, order number, and the reason you are requesting merchandise credit (in the form of an e-giftcard).
PLEASE NOTE: if your package is already in transit to its destination, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it, before being able to receive merchandise credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! Customers are able to cancel their order with no penalty as long as the order has not already been processed &/or shipped!
Cancellations must take place before your order ships. If the item has already shipped, we sincerely apologize, however, you are more than welcome to return it for merchandise credit in the form of an e-giftcard.
Cancellation requests must be sent to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply notify us via email at email@example.com.
If the given address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24-48HRS (processing time). Once that time has elapsed, we apologize, but we will no longer be able to make that correction, so please double and triple-check to ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do offer worldwide shipping! Please be sure to check the corresponding country/zone from the drop down menu at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: average processing time for international orders is up to 72HRS, and anywhere between 7-14 business days for shipping and delivery depending on destination.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We apologize, but at this time we do not currently offer overnight shipping, however should you need your order expedited, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to try our best to accommodate your request.
Can I combine discount codes? What if I forgot to add my discount code?
Unfortunately we do not allow the combination of discount codes nor do we allow discount codes to be added to previous orders. Only one (1) discount code may be used per order.
If you forgot to add a discount code, unfortunately we are also unable to do so at this time.
Am I able to add or subtract items from my order once it has been placed?
While we will gladly add to your order, unfortunately we will not honor subtracting items from orders. In the event that you would like to add an item to your order after it has been placed, please send us an email with your name, order number, and the name and size (if applicable) of the item(s) you would like to add at email@example.com
